As you approach the entrance to the Banyan House, you are greeted by two matured banyan trees with flowing branches that canopy over the private drive. Continuing though the community, you will notice the property is also speckled with native shrubberies, towering palm trees, and colorful foliage – setting the perfect backdrop for this Florida Community.
The community is made up of 4 – two story buildings sitting on approximately 3 acres of land. Each of the 64 units offers approximately 1400 square feet of living space comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a split floor plan, ample closet space and screened in patios or balconies. Many of the units have been upgraded with such features as granite countertops, marble floors, wet bars, walk in closets and updated appliances.
The community shares a private heated pool, gas grill, and a large community center. The center has enough room to hold small private parties. Recently renovated, the center includes a full kitchen, walkout to the pool and indoor and outdoor showers.
The Banyan House is located at 1600 SE St. Lucie Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996. Across the street runs the St. Lucie River and 2.5 miles beyond that is the Atlantic Ocean. This proximity caused Stuart to be known as the “Sailfish Capital of the World.” The quaint and historic Downtown Stuart is 3.5 miles from the complex offering many restaurants, shopping and the St. Lucie river walk.
